When and how.
The BC Residential Tenancy Act stipulates that all tenants must move out by 1:00PM on the last day of their term, indicated in their notice to end tenancy. If you (the tenant) say that you will be moving out on March 31, the unit must be empty, clean and in rentable condition by 1:00PM on that day.
Move out inspection.
A move out inspection will be conducted between a property manager and the tenant where both will inspect the condition of the rental property once it has been emptied and properly cleaned. Once the inspection is complete should there be any damages to the unit or additional cleaning required it will be noted on the inspection form and applicable deductions will be made to the security deposit.
